At Floyd Fabrication, every product we build is custom-made to meet the unique specifications and vision of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales of custom products are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. That said, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we will do our due diligence to correct the matter—whether that means making necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacements.

However, this resolution process does not include financial refunds. We encourage all clients to carefully review specifications, drawings, and approvals prior to production to ensure the final product meets expectations.

What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround times may vary depending on factors such clothing type, quantity and complexity. On average, you can expect your custom orders to be ready within 14-21 business days. If you have specific deadlines, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Can I see a mock-up before making a payment?

Accepted Answer

To begin work on a mock-up, an invoice must first be sent and paid. This helps cover the time required to review your logo, make any necessary adjustments or cleanups, and create a polished digital mock-up. We put care into getting every detail right, and this process takes time and resources. Please note that all mock-ups are provided for proofing purposes only. Final production files will be delivered once payment is complete, and mock-ups may not be used or reproduced by third parties.
